These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Josmait website, including its technology insights, information, products, services, networking solutions, repair services, web and software development, printing services, and any transactions conducted through the website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
Josmait Technology provides professional technology products, digital solutions, and technical services. Our core expertise includes:
The products and services available through the website may change from time to time.
You may use this website for lawful personal, professional or business purposes. You agree not to:
Josmait reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.
The information published on this website is provided primarily for informational and commercial service purposes.
Josmait makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its technical descriptions, service scopes, and offerings are accurate and current. However, service specifications, pricing, availability, and website content may be updated or changed from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Josmait Technology. This includes, but is not limited to:
All rights relating to such materials are reserved. Josmait Technology proprietary materials, source code, and associated designs may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, republished, distributed, uploaded, resold or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Josmait Technology.
Where Josmait expressly provides deliverables, software modules, or documentation for client use, the client or authorised user may use them for the purpose and within the scope specified in their service agreement.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, engaging Josmait for development or technical services does not transfer ownership of proprietary core frameworks or underlying intellectual property unless explicitly agreed upon in a formal contract.
Where hardware, networking equipment, or other physical products are offered for sale or deployment through our services, product descriptions and specifications are provided to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Product and component availability is subject to stock. Josmait reserves the right to substitute components with equivalent or superior specifications where necessary, with prior client notice.
Josmait provides professional technical services including Networking Solutions, PC & Laptop Repair, Web Development, Software Development, and General Printing.
An announcement or promotional communication does not necessarily constitute a confirmed project booking. An engagement becomes confirmed when Josmait has accepted the project brief, quotation, or service contract.
Specific project milestones, timelines, maintenance fees, hardware repair terms, deliverables, and service-level conditions may be stated separately in a quotation, invoice, service level agreement (SLA), or other written contract.
Prices, service rates, and consultation fees displayed on the website are subject to change unless a specific quotation has been confirmed in writing.
Where applicable, project payment terms (such as advance deposits, milestone payments, or final balances) will be communicated before work begins. Payment methods may include those supported by Josmait from time to time.
Hardware repairs or print jobs may require full or partial upfront payment before project execution.
Submitting a project enquiry or order form through the website does not mean Josmait has formally accepted the contract. Josmait may decline or cancel requests where:
For software and web development, networking, or repair services, estimated completion timelines will be communicated during project onboarding.
While Josmait makes every effort to meet project deadlines, technical complexities, diagnostic discoveries during repairs, or client-side delays may impact delivery times. Josmait is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or delayed client feedback.
Hardware repairs and networking installations carry a limited service warranty as specified in your job invoice or service receipt. Tampering with repaired equipment by unauthorized third parties voids all warranties.
Custom software development, web design services, and completed print jobs are non-refundable once approved and delivered, due to their customized nature. Defective print batches or verified service errors will be reviewed for correction on a case-by-case basis.
Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing web/software development project or technical service must notify Josmait in writing. Clients will be billed for work completed up to the date of cancellation, and non-refundable deposits for procured materials or software licenses will not be returned.
The website or deployed solutions may integrate third-party APIs, hosting providers, plugins, or tools. These third parties operate independently.
Josmait is not responsible for third-party platform downtime, security breaches, or policy changes. Users and clients utilize third-party integrations at their own discretion.
Josmait aims to keep the website operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.
The website may occasionally experience downtime due to routine maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected technical hurdles.
Josmait makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate service information, but typographical errors or technical specification changes may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior liability.
If you submit information, project briefs, or technical credentials through our website or contact channels, you warrant that you have full authorization to share such data and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
Our website and professional services are targeted toward businesses, institutions, and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without parental or institutional authorization.
Your use of our website and services involves data processing as detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Josmait Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business profits resulting from service delays, hardware failures, or software bugs, except where caused by proven gross negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Josmait Technology, its directors, and technicians from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these terms, or copyright infringements present in client-supplied website/printing content.
Josmait reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access or project execution in the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or abusive conduct toward our team members.
